MUNICH (Sputnik) — The ongoing Syrian and Yemeni civil wars have come in focus of international attention, with a range of countries, including regional and non-regional players, making efforts to settle them. The Middle East has been experiencing a turmoil since the Arab Spring uprisings in 2011, which led to civil wars in Syria, Yemen and a number of other countries, as well as to the rise of the Daesh terrorist organization, outlawed in many countries, including Russia.
